You will receive receive everything above. This track is ideal for women who:

Want to take this training for the advanced teachings
Are only interested in teaching yoga nidra, not the Daring to Rest method.
Plan to sprinkle yoga nidra lightly into your existing offerings.
60 hours Yoga Alliance CEU
Optional: paid entry to our Alumni Facilitator monthly mentorship with Karen.
Optional: if there is space and you want to certify, you may be able to pay to enter our certification track at the end of your training.

Refund policy:

For non-certification students, you must request a refund by February 18th, 2024 through email at hello@daringtorest.com. Your refund will be processed within two weeks of receiving your request. All access to materials will be removed. After February 19th, 2024, no refunds will be issued and student shall remain responsible for completing all installments under a payment plan.
