Hello, Rest Sister,
We are excited to have you join the Daring to Rest Coach Program.
We want you to be aware that when you enroll, you agree to the following:
1. Our Refund Policy:
If you choose to cancel your enrollment, you will receive a full refund within 7 days of the time you enroll minus a $500 cancellation fee. After 7 days, your enrollment is a non-refundable/ non-opt out (of payment plans) investment.
Refund requests must be in writing and include your name, a detailed account giving the reason you wish to withdraw, and why you feel a refund should be issued.
2. If you are paying via a payment plan please be clear that enrolling is a commitment to pay the entire payment plan. There are no exceptions because when you enroll you take a limited spot in the program.
2. You understand you are participating in this program at your own risk. You release Daring to Rest/Squat Productions LLC from liability for any mental, physical or emotional injuries arising from your participation in this program. You also understand that yoga nidra is not a psychological or medical service and does not replace any needed therapies or medications.
3. Rest work is beautiful and liberating AND it moves a lot of energy. You agree to take responsibility to support your physical and mental wellness outside the Daring to Rest community, if needed.
