We are excited to welcome you to the Daring to Rest Facilitator Training.

Please note, when you enroll in this training, you are agreeing to the following terms: 

1. Our Training Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel your spot, you can receive a refund minus a 30% administration fee for a period of 7 days after you enroll. After this date there are no refunds.

These refund terms also apply to payment plans. Choosing a payment plan means you agree to pay the entire payment plan.

Refund requests must be in writing and include your name, a detailed account giving the reason you wish to withdraw, and why you feel a refund should be issued. 

2. You understand you are participating in this training at your own risk. You release Daring to Rest/Squat Productions from liability for any mental, physical or emotional injuries arising from your participation in this program. You also understand that yoga nidra is not a psychological or medical service and does not replace any needed therapies or medications.

3. The content you receive in this training cannot be shared, copied or put into any form of AI (artificial intelligence). It is the intellectual property of Daring to Rest. If you are certified you will be able to teach the Daring to Rest method with attribution.

4. Rest work is beautiful and liberating AND it moves a lot of energy. You agree to take responsibility to support your physical and mental wellness outside the Daring to Rest community, if needed.
