REFUND POLICY: 

For Monthly Membership: You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you will not be billed starting the following month, but please note that you will not be refunded for the month in which you cancel. 

For Annual Membership: You have 30 days from the time you joined Nap to see if the membership is right for you and if not; you must request a refund during this time. After 30 days, there are no refunds. Asking for a refund cancels your membership.
